Quick, gimme a name

I got bored and decided to draw a character design thing. I don't know where I was going with this, really. I was going to put it as a scrap, but I just decided to put it as a deviation since I was tired of seeing that same girl on the front page. xD I hate trying to think up backgrounds, so I just did whatever for this one. Kinda inspired by and her style, even though I can never match up TT^TT
